I am a busy mom of four. They are all under 6yrs old. So we have a handful. It makes it hard to make the type of meals that I would like to. I tend to fall back on frozen to save time. I like to bake but I am just learning. My husband is the main cook. Cooking with my husband. However, I seldom get to because of the little ones running around. I am making my husband's favorite pie right now. This is the first time I have used this oven and I hope it will turn out right. Hopefully not this coconut custard pie!
