Mulligatawny Soup I

I never heard of this soup prior to seeing this recipe. I decided to try it out, and I am glad I did. This soup is unique, refreshing and delicious! Will make it again in double or triple batches.

Can I give this lasagna 10 stars!! I consider myself a Lasagna Snob, as I am picky when it comes to Lasagna I will eat, and this is by far the best Lasagna I have had and/or made! This recipe will replace my previous Lasagna recipe. The flavors from the italian sausage and spices are awesome. I need to make this by the six pack, as one or two pans are just not enough! Thank you JohnChandler!!

Chrissy's Sweet 'n' Sour Tomato Salad

This tomatoe is salad is wonderful. I made a large batch and it stayed good in the fridge for a week or more. I used the tomatoes and onions in pita wrap sandwiches and they imparted an incredable flavor. I found myself going back to the bowl for "just a couple more" repeatedly! Yummmm!

Roasted Asparagus with Shallots

Pineapple Mojo Cake

This is the first pineapple cake I ever made. I had a special request for a pineapple cake, and the person who received it was thrilled. They said it was the best pineapple cake ever! I made two of them, on for me and one for the person requesting the cake. The first cake I put in a bundt pan and it turned out beautiful. The second I put in a spring form pan. I dont know what I was thinking... do not try this in a spring form pan. The cake was not cooked through at the center and was gooey, but it was still delicious~

Watermelon and Strawberry Lemonade

Incredable for a hot summer day! Refreshing and satisfing without feeling weighed down. Loved the watermelon in this drink. I never would have thought of putting watermelon in the blender.

Grilled Mahi Mahi with Roasted Pepper Sauce and Cilantro Pesto

My daughter made this recipe and it was absolutely one of the most wonderful meals ever. The flavors of the dish explode in your mouth and melt away so nicely. All I could say is 'Oh My God this is awesome!' the entire meal. My husband who will not eat fish, tried the two sauces and loved them alone. I can't wait for my daughter to make this again- I'll even buy all the ingredants...hint hint.

Margarita Grilled Chicken

I made this recipe using a pineapple chipotle flavored margarita mix and added some additional fresh squeezed lime juice. It was a hit at my house, so good and so easy. Will make this again.

Southwestern-Flavored Ground Beef or Turkey for Tacos & Salad

Made this recipe and loved it even more the next day. Initially I used this recipe due to my daughter not being able to have preservatives that are in so many premade seasoning mixes. I will use this recipe for now on. Forget about the seasoning packets This recipe is better!

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

I made this cake, using Caramel Baileys and added some fresh raspberries to the batter. Before serving warm, I drizzled it with black raspberry liquor. My husband said it is the best cake he has ever had! Will definately make this one again, and again.

Coconut Cream Cake I

Baked French Toast

This french toast is a combination of rich french toast and delicious baked apple ~ covered in a deliciously light carmel sauce. It tastes as good as it smells. I double the ingredients and enjoy the meal twice! Everyone in the family loved it!
