Mom's Stovetop Pork Ribs
This is an interesting way to make ribs. I will try this technique with other meats as well.

High Altitude Deep Dish Brownies
Wonderful. Great taste and very easy to make. This was the first recipe I have made brownies without a box. I was impressed and so was hubby.

Sausage-Broccoli Puff Pancake
Excellent. I love the flavors together. I usually do not like onion (unless it is chopped so fine that it is unrecognizable) however the onion was delicious as suggested. I think as I make this more often (IT WILL BE IN REGULAR ROTATION) I will try to find the smallest amount of butter that can be used to make the pancake. I will also be making this with half the sausage and double the veggies in an effort to make this dish feel healthier. I also found that the onions and mushrooms should be started before putting the butter in the oven to allow the pancake to come out just as the sausage mixture is finished. I will also be making this with half the sausage and double the veggies in an effort to make this dish feel healthier.
