I grew up in Los Angeles where I learned many different cuisines. I moved to Michigan where I'm learning the Midwest style. I love to bake so I bake for everyone! I like to cook light using many fresh vegetables and fruits. I favor chicken and seafood. My daughter calls us a family of "foodies". We love to have a get together and everyone brings a dish. Being told one year on Christmas Eve Eve that not only were we not going out for dinner, but that 17 people were coming to our house! I cooked everything I could think of. One guest was my husband's boss that I had never met. It was a smash!! Anytime I have to make jello, gravy or pancakes.
