i like to pack as many things into one day with out missing the importance of any one thing . life is a lesson . quick and healthy meals after school for the family.casseroles and crock pot meals are my specialty . my family does a lot of comfort foods and also fun ethnic foods. anything that my kids and picky husband will eat . picky husband is harder to please than the children . i can not bake anything(cakes,cookies)that doesnt come in a box , embarrassingly enough . wait , i lied , i can make a flaky pie crust by scratch thats to die for .
