The flavor of this was excellent, but it was too moist for my tastes. That may have been my own fault for just blindly following the recipe amounts and not using independent judgment. I will definitely make this again with just less liquid.

Slow Cooker Sweet Potato Casserole

Great recipe. Invaluable in a one-oven kitchen like mine. This is the second year in a row I've made this for Thanksgiving and everyone raves about it. I didn't change anything at all - made it exactly as called for.
