Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
I love the speed, simplicity, and texture of these cookies- crisp outside with a chewy inside. I'm a HUGE fan of peanut butter and these have a lot of PB flavour. The only change I made was to use half white sugar and half brown sugar and a splash of vanilla (I do this with most of my deserts... personal preference :D). This recipe can also be halved, which for me made one dozen cookies if dropped by the tablespoon- perfect if you just want a quick snack. Thank you so much for the recipe!
