I am 38 and very active. Enjoy Cooking alot, that is why my oyther passion is the gym. More importantly I have a family. My wife Kimberley and 3 boys Nathan, Geoffery, and Tyler.
My favorite things to cook
I love my spices so I tend to turn towards Thai. But i will and can cook just about anything. Non-recipe experimentation is my true passion. what I need to do is start writting this stuff down so i can make it again and share it.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Love the holidays. i will be that guy that brings something new to the table every year. Except for cookouts... My potato salad will ALWAYS be on the table.
My cooking triumphs
Making something out of what looks like nothing. If I have a meat, starch, and Vegtables... I will make a meal worthy of seconds. I believe my Sip-Thai Shrimp(named by children) or my Lemon roasted Chicken w/ Roasted Asparagus and Cherry Tomatoes.
My cooking tragedies
Had a bad Rotisserie Chicken incident. it involved lots of Fire and a garden hose. That is all I have to say about that.
