Layered Mint Chocolate Fudge

i made this last year and everyone loved them. quick and easy and hard to mess up. I used white chocolate chips for the middle layer. I put the first and second layer in the freezer to chill faster. I layered the pan with foil which i lightly greased. No problems getting them out.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Fantastic recipe. I made it last night. The only changes I made was, I used 1/2lb of smoked sausage (what i had) and i added a grated carrot (for color) and addes some instant potato flakes to thicken the soup to my liking. Definately a Keeper! My 16mo old loved it too!

Chocolate Chip Muffins

It a very, fast, easy recipe. I did add 1/4 cup of sour cream to help to keep them moist. and 2 tsp of vanilla. They tasted kinda bland fresh out of the oven. but when cooled they were just okay. The topping helped alot.

House Fried Rice

Its a really good base recipe to work with. I use just chicken and a bag of frozen stir fry veggies. Turned out great. will make again.

Blonde Brownies I

Fantastic. I've been looking for a blondie recipe after i lost mine. Definitely a keeper. I did use an extra lrg egg (all i had) and 1/3 less fat margerine, with no problems.

The Best Banana Bread

I subsituted applesauce for the margerine, and added a pinch of salt and half brown sugar half white sugar and about a tsp of cinnimon. Fabulous, Moist Bread. I love that its simple.

Cake Mix Cookies I

These are probably the best cake mix cookie I've tried. I used a strawberry cake mix and added 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 1/4 tsp of almond extract. Fantastic! I also kept them covered.

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Really good easy to make chicken soup. I changed the seasoning to suit my family's taste. A dash of ground red pepper gives the soup a nice warming feeling. I also added mushroom, a little bit of shredded cabbage and red pepper. This will be my new chicken soup recipe.

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

I made these with margerine and sugar-free rasp. preserves. They turned out great. There was alot of excess top crumbs, but they looked exactly like the picture.

Choco-Chip Cookies

These not too sweet cake-like cookies baked up beautifully. This will definately be my new choc chip cookie recipe. Next time i'll try it with slenda brown sugar.
