I'm a young stay at home mom of two boys. I cook everyday. So its a good thing i have a obsession for cooking/baking. Lately Home made soups and stews, casseroles, meatloaves. We really don't have any. I"m the only cooking fanactic. So maybe i can start some. Making Beef stew and chicken and dumplings from scratch. I've always wanted to make beef stew from scratch since i was little, it turned out beautiful. My boyfriends favorite meal is chicken and dumplings. Let just say i made his day. My brother keeps reminding me that years ago i made cookies that turned out gray. The tasted good but they were gray. I've also turned on the wrong burner and accidently burned one of mine cookbooks. I was almost in tears.
