Sweet Potato Casserole II
This recipe was DELICIOUS!! I used yams and doubled the topping and it turned out great. Even your little ones who don't like yams will like this one!!

Rosemary Mashed Potatoes and Yams
First, get rid of the rosemary. It did NOT compliment the yams at all. It was actually pretty bad. Everything else was ok. I love yams but this just didn't do it for me. Pretty Blah.
