Passing on how to make aroz con pollo from daughter to daughter. I had a son and he was so proud of himself when he made it for the first time. Pea soup, oven ribs, aroz con pollo,pot roast,potato salad,chicken salad,corn fritters (that was a big one). Too numerous to mention, but I will never make those mistakes again.
