Jambalaya
I made this recipe for a mardi gras party I threw and got nothing but rave reviews from my guests! I added shrimp to the recipe and reduced the spices slightly. I have made it before for my family with the full arsenal of spices, but I thought it might be a bit too spicy for those who like their food a bit tamer!
