I'm 21 years young. I have a 1 year old daughter and I am engaged to be married. :) Living in Southern California, but grew up in Alaska. Collecting recipes is a hobby of mine... someday I'll get to make all of them. ;) I have a HUGE passion for baking.

Classic Waffles
Great tasting waffle, but the batter, for me, came out a bit too thick. Added a little more milk to help thin it out.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
Awesome peanut butter cookies... it doesn't get much simpler than these. However, it won't hurt to add a little vanilla or few tbs of flour to them. Nothing else! Yummy.

Bodacious Brownies
As brownies go, these are the perfect base. The ingredients you could add are endless! Nuts, chocolate chips, etc. Could use a bit more chocolate flavor.
