This was such a delicious recipe for pork loin. I doubled the rub and the sauce. For the sauce, I added some honey and used balsamic vinegar. Cooked in my convection oven and only took about 1 hr 15 minutes. Served with jasmine rice and broccoli with sauce drizzled over. Looks great and tastes even better.. so much that my 4 year old loved it too!
