My husband and I both love to cook. He does it for a living and I do it for my family and myself. There are many new dishes I would love to master.
My favorite things to cook
Mexican is my favorite by far, baking, Italian, Kids cooking, etc..
I will try to cook almost anything. I like to make Tamales, Enchiladas Verde, and Flautas.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I love cooking for the Holidays, making traditional dishes as well as mixing it up a bit adding something new for family to try.
My cooking triumphs
I have had many triumphs in cooking if you consider that to be satisfying my family. I have never made anything really spectacular, but would love to someday, if I have time :)
My cooking tragedies
Oh...wow...learning to make tortillas homemade, Tamales, and perfecting my spanish rice were challenges for me. Im sure I have had more as well.
