Sausage and Mushroom Calzones
This was very easy and delicious. One Calzone was too much for one person. It feeds twice as many people as the recipe claims. Very good!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
Made these for the kids at our bible study and the plate was empty after snack time. That says alot when it comes to pleasing kids!
