Anything really. Rack of Lamb and Prime Rib kind of intimidate me, I guess because I dont eat either...I'm afraid I'll screw it up.

The only tradition we have is that my room mate and I get stuck with all of it.

I tried some crazy kosher salt encrusted meat of some kind. Disgusting
