Anything really. Rack of Lamb and Prime Rib kind of intimidate me, I guess because I dont eat either...I'm afraid I'll screw it up.

I tried some crazy kosher salt encrusted meat of some kind. Disgusting

Texas Sheet Cake V
This is just a basic, super yummy, chocolate cake. My friends always ask me to make it when we have get togethers. It isn't a fluffy cake, its on the dense side.
