I have been cooking "seriously" for the past 7 years, and love trying new recipes. I cook 5 days a week and love every minute I spend in my kitchen. My favorite cooking challenge is preparing high-flavor, low-fat, healthy meals. Plus, I love to bake.

Tasty Whole Wheat Bread
This is a relatively easy bread recipe and it yields a very nice loaf! I substituted ground flax seed for the wheat germ and love the taste. I froze a bit of the batch to try a thin pizza crust later.

Lemon Rosemary Salmon
This was so good, I have used the same recipe to bake (Mahi-Mahi) and Grouper. It's turns out great everytime!!!
