Apple Spice Cake
This recipe is my husband's favorite. It is very moist and I have substituted chopped dates for the raisins on occasion. I also left off the glaze and the cake was wonderful.

Citrus-Ginger Tuna Steaks
Absolutely amazing flavor! The recipe is very simple yet very delicious! I made it exactly as published except I didn't marinate the tuna for more than one hour. It still turned out wonderfully. This recipe is a keeper!

Pecan Sour Cream Pound Cake
This by far the best pound cake ever! I sometimes have added lemon zest or lemon extract to the recipe as my husband LOVES Lemon cakes. I have also added spices to the recipe on occasion and it turned out as an awesome spiced pound cake. This cake also freezes very well!
