World's Best Scones! From Scotland to the Savoy to the U.S.

I accidentally put the egg in the recipe, instead of brushing, and subsequently needed to add another quarter cup of flour....they turned out amazing...lighter than scones....more like a scone biscuit hybrid...

Hot Cross Buns I

awesome...did them on convection and they looked like they came from a bakery....used the piped on sweet dough rather than the icing....1/2 cup icing sugar, 1/2 cup flour, vanilla and some milk to thin.....mix it in a sandwich bag and pipe on just before rolls to into oven

Whole Wheat Honey Bread

found it a little to sweet and tough....would substitute some of the whole wheat flour with white and reduce the honey next time

Excellent! Used maple syrup instead of sugar....did not add vinegar until after the onions were browned, and a bit more salt .

Maple Whole Wheat Bread

This bread is very good...no changes necessary....and although you can't taste maple syrup, the flavour is nicer than a honey loaf.

Clone of a Cinnabon

awesome cinnamon buns.....I put maple syrup and pecans in the bottom of the buttered pan before baking...used convection, 375 for 18 minutes....flipped them over when they came out.....so so good!
