World's Best Lasagna
I have been using this recipe for quite a while and finally got around to reviewing it. It's so good! And relatively simple. I always end up with lots of extra sauce, though, so I think I will start making a little more, so I can just freeze it and have a super easy lasagna another day.

Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies
I'm looking at the 4 and a half star review on this one and scratching my head. Guess I'm just an odd ball, because I didn't even bother to bake the rest of the batter after I tasted the first batch. Not at all what I think of as a peanut butter cookie!

Mexican Rice II
I have been using this recipe for about a year now. I love that it is simple, fast, and uses ingredients that I always have on hand. It's very tasty, and has received lots of compliments.
