Hey everyone! My name is Jessica and I'm a junior finance major at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with future hopes of going into banking, specifically working with business lending. I love baking and am an avid cake decorator. Anything to do with baking is something that I'll love to try. I'm also getting into cooking because of the fact that I'm no longer living with my parents (it was kind of a necessity :) ) Every year during the Christmas season my sister, mom, and I get together and make about 20 different kind of Christmas cookies on a Saturday. The next day we make up about 30 different plates that we distribute throughout our community to those that we love and those in need. I was a 10 year 4-H member and took cooking through that for about 8 years. I also took cake decorating for three years and I'm happy to say that I got grand champion for my county for 2 out of the three years that I competed! Last summer I was making a pudding cake for my boyfriend and accidently exchanged the sugar and salt measurments. The result was a very unappetizing and disgusting gooey glob :S.
