Slow Cooker Sauerkraut and Sausage
This is a great start but I added some of my own flair! I added 3 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled, one medium apple, peeled and cut into small chunks but not chopped. I also used a bag of Sabrett's onion sauce found near the keilbasa at grocery store instead of the chopped onion. I love this recipe!!

Split Pea Soup with Rosemary
This was a very easy recipe to make. I followed exactly and found it to be very hearty and tasty. I have not made Pea Soup before with rosemary and that was a nice touch. I will definitely make this again once the cool days set in again!

Easy Baked Tilapia
I made this recipe last evening for my boyfriend and I. Used frozen/ fresh tilapia. This was outstanding! Very tender and flavorful. Next time, I will use a bit more Old Bay seasoning as we like just a kick more of flavor. But this was a really easy and healthy meal to prepare. Served it over rice pilaf and asparagus spears! Will definitely make again.
