I am a new cook, who never thought I would ever enjoy cooking/baking. I am trying a few new recipes a week, and thus far have received awesome feedback from my 'guinea pigs'. I love cooking Mexican food. I feel I can be pretty creative with spices and can do a variety of things with tortillas and cheese. My family makes homemade donuts on Christmas morning. I look forward to it every year. I don't eat meat, but my boyfriend does, and I made him a delicious beef stew. I was very nervous about cooking meat, but he said it was delicious. I have not tried anything hard enough yet to have tragedies :)
