I'm a nursing student with a huge interest in natural health and natural foods. My family is small - just the 2 of us and a dog so far - so cooking is quite a challenge as recipes always seem to be for 4+. Right now I am working on creating a site dedicated to "Cooking for 2" :) In my free time, I enjoy learning new baking skills, the outdoors, photography, and music! Everything! I find that baking is my biggest struggle so I am working on that more. My favorite thing to make is probably homemade black bean salsa - for some reason, I find chopping very relaxing. I'm just starting on some... Creating a dinner recipe (spicy chicken & bacon pasta) that has become semi-famous throughout our group of friends and family. Nothing too special, but it was when people started to ask for my recipes that I knew I was better than I thought :) Frosting and pie crust
