Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

I love this recipe. I use kale for the spinach and since I like it spicy, I use a hot sausage. This is one of my family's favorite soup recipes!

Joel's Jerk Chicken Pineapple Pasta

My entire family loved this recipe. The only thing I would change is the amount of cinnamon used. Next time I will decrease the amount slightly so that it doesn't overpower all the other wonderful flavors in the dish.

Heavenly Halibut

I am always very weary when it comes to making fish. I followed this recipe exactly as stated (except that I eliminated the hot sauce). The fish turned out wonderful. It had a crispy texture on top and the halibut was moist and flaky.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

I made these for a banquet that had about 100 people attending. They were the very first thing to disappear from the dessert table. I made two different varieties. In one I used semi-sweet morsels. In the other, I used semi-sweet chocolate morsels swirled with white chocolate. They both turned out great!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

My entire family loved this. The only change i made was to use a box of chicken broth instead of the water, boullion, and salt. The taste is great and the recipe os simple to make. Great anytime!
