Chocolate Covered Strawberries
I made these for a banquet that had about 100 people attending. They were the very first thing to disappear from the dessert table. I made two different varieties. In one I used semi-sweet morsels. In the other, I used semi-sweet chocolate morsels swirled with white chocolate. They both turned out great!
