Through this recipe I discovered that I may be allergic to jalepeno peppers OR it just had way too much! I doubled the recipe, but still only used 2 jalepenos and a mild hot pepper. TOO MUCH! It killed the flavor that I worked so hard to modify from the recipe. Minus the jalepeno, I knew it woud've been so tasty! Add some chicken broth to the mixture so it doesn't burn. I also used on my chicken "kicked up chicken spice" by Weber Grill Creations in the spice aisle. Used 2 bell peppers; 1 green 1 yellow for color. Otherwise the meal was great! Follow previous modifications too. P.S. My fiance rated it 9/10 because of the spicy factor, and he actually likes spice. Said it was too much. We ate it w/ spainish rice, but next time it's for sure going in tortillas with some sour cream!

I'm always trying new meatloaf recipes. This was SO GOOD! I approve! I'll definitely make this again and again!

This was a base for a soup. Spices and flavoring much needed. Overall, it was good, but just as a base to work from.
