Country Apple Dumplings
These dumplings are fabulous! I have made them twice this weekend. I can't get enough. The first time I couldn't find Mountain Dew so I used 7up and they were just as tasty. Love them!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
This chicken is great! This was my first time cooking chicken thighs and it turned out fabulous. I followed the recipe exactly except that I covered the chicken while baking which kept the chicken moist. I served with the "Colorful Fried Rice" recipe also found on Allrecipes.com. Bon Appetite!
