I made this last night for dinner...it was delicious! It is so simple but very good! The whole family loved it. I followed the recipe exactly except for the crackers on top.

GREAT recipe! I am not even a pie person, but this was so yummy and fun to make! I did leave out the lemon zest but that is just personal preference. My husband ate it fresh out of the oven while I liked it better cold the next morning after it had been sitting in the fridge all night. Either way this is a delicious pie!
