Blackened Fish
I like Blackened Catfish and this recipe did the job. I turned the outdoor BBQ up to its highest level and went at it by following the recipe. Turned out great, slightly charred on the outside and tender on the inside.

Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup
Easy to make and relatively quick, I used (1) entire Chicken breast and cut the recipe down to feed 2-people, still much left over.

Refried Beans Without the Refry
It takes time to slow cook the beans, so as long as you are thinking ahead of time, it is a great recipe.
