I made this exactly as directed. Got too brown on the outside, and was a gooey mess on the inside. A waste of time and ingrediants.

Jo's Rosemary Bread

Too much rosemary. Bread had a medicinal flavor. I will make this again, with maybe half the rosemary.

Honey Whole Wheat Bread

I made this exactly as directed, baked it in my bread machine. It was doughy and gross in the middle. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong?
