I started cooking at an early age----Stood on a chair to reach the stove. Enjoyed cooking and interior decorating so much that I entered the School of Home Economics at UGA. Cooking for family and friends brings joy to my being. People attend my dinners with regularity and ask many "how to" questions. The most enjoyable cooking traditions are at Christmas time. My bufett consists of pork or beef loin or prime beef prepared on the kettle grill. Cold shrimp, salmon balls, accomping vegetables and a variety of delicious deserts.
