Carrot Pecan Crunch Pie
The bomb. Did not put the topping on, still beats pumpkin pie, nice texture.

Banana Sour Cream Bread
Awesome, great texture. I used margerine, light sour cream and for 1/2 of the sugar,I used splenda. Still wonderful!
