Ham and Rice Bake
A good everything-but-the-kitchen-sink recipe. I made it for the first time last night and followed the recipe exactly, but I can see using whatever vegetables, meat, and/or cheese I have on hand.

Honey-Glazed Carrots
Good recipe for glazed carrots. Had a little too much of a honey taste for me - maybe I'll use a milder honey next time.
