Tomato Pie II
Fresh basil takes this to a whole different level. Slice the tomatoes thick so they stay somewhat firm. I always add a touch of thinly sliced Vidalia onion or scallion. Tomato Pie for brunch is always a great summer treat with the good homegrown tomatoes! It should not taste like pizza!

Favorite Hamburger Bites
I make these without the minced onion and I do not put mayoor cheese in it. I make the small burgers and broil them till done, place on a small dinner roll with mustard, pickle and cheese on top, not in it. The tray is covered with potato sticks to be the "french fries" with the burgers on top and they taste just like KRYSTALS!! YUM and a huge hit.

Quick and Easy Pimento Cheese
Southerners use real Mayo, like Duke's or Hellman's. this calls for more pimiento than needed, use half as much. Adding a little cayenne is great, too.
