Wonderful English Muffins
Not quite the English muffins I expected - I followed the recipe faithfully but ended up with muffins that were more bread-like than English muffin like. The muffins were however very tasty, but my husband commented that their texture was more like a bagel than English muffin. Also found that I deflated them a little after the 2nd rising when I moved them to the griddle - next time I'll just leave them to rise on the griddle before turning on to heat.

Amish Bread
This is a really light fluffy white bread, true to recipe. My children love it. It's great as it is, or toasted and eaten with your favourite jam. Yum

Simple Whole Wheat Bread
This is so yummy. It's good as it is, although from where I am in Singapore, the recommended amount of water seems a little too much, so go slow on adding all the water to the dough - enough to make it a soft but not too sticky. Started including some oats and wheat germ to the recipe for increased fibre, the bread still turns out great. Thanks for sharing.
