Such a crowd pleaser and so much better than store bought. Not to mention it's super easy and quick to whip up.

I've made this several times now, no alterations...perfection. I do strongly recommend using the liquid for carrots, potatoes, cabbage etc. while you let the meat rest a bit. Others in our family who *thought* they didn't like corned beef have definitely changed their minds! And we always wish we had made more!
