Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
This is truly the most amazingly delicious stuffing I have ever had in my life... no joke! I followed the recipe exactly when I made it for Thanksgiving, but the day after I made this again, this time substituting the ground turkey for a pound of sliced sausage turkey and that tasted really good too. Thanks for the great recipe!!!

Cajun Crab Soup
I made a couple variations to this recipe; I added 1/2 lb. of bay scallops, 1/2 lb. salad shrimp, and 1/2 lb. lobster and extra cream to make it more of a chowder. OMG it turned out SOOOO good!!! My father-in-law owns a Bed & Breakfast and he is a fabulous cook, but when I presented this as part of his seafood themed birthday dinner, he was begging to get the recipe from me! Thank you for this great recipe!!!

Rolled Fondant
This is a great recipe! I have been making cakes for years but this is the first time I've worked with fondant. This recipe is very forgiving and good for inexperienced pastry chefs. My cake turned out so well, I was looking for any excuse to make another one right away. Thank you!!!
