Growing up in the San Fernando Valley I was exposed to a variety of ethnic cuisines and love them all. I miss the authentic Mexican cooking of the local tacquieras and the families of my friends. I will never be able to duplicate their talent. I cook for busy families and many have specific health or religious cooking requirements. When I can help take away some of their stress associated with food preparation then I am most satisfied.
