Shrimp and Crab Bisque

This ended up being very expensive because of the crab, but so delicious. I didn't change a thing, and it was great. Very good with crusty bread - tastes better than at a restaurant.

The Humble Shepherd

Mediterranean Puff Pastry Chicken

4 1/2 because my husband loved it, but I just thought it was fine. So high in calories, though! I used canned chicken, and I actually think that might have worked better than whole chicken breast.

I didn't find this sauce worth all the calories. I agree with other reviewers here- you definitely need to make the sauce last so it doesn't separate, but I still found it too greasy.

Spicy Cuban Mojo Chicken with Mango-Avocado Salsa

This is so flavorful. I love mangoes and avocados, so I was eager to try this, and I was not disappointed. I think cutting down on the butter on the orange sauce a bit doesn't hurt it if you are watching calorie intake. Still, the buttery-orange flavor is so good, it's hard to not make it as directed.

Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Marsala Sauce

This sauce is delicious and worthy of 5 stars. I used shallots the first time, but I didn't have any the second time, and I used white onions instead, and it was still delicious. I highly recommend trying this recipe.
