Egg muffins... all you have to do is put an omelet in muffin tins. Great for breakfast on your way to work and they're good cold too! Just make sure you spray the tin and don't put the silly muffin condoms on!

It usually has something to do with having the oil get too hot in a frying pan.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Oh yeah - this is the best... even for B.S. haters. Instead of putting them in an oven, I just sauté them until the halved side is golden brown. Flip them and brown the just a little on the other side. Take them off the burner, add salt and pepper... DONE! Try using a little lemon juice or balsamic vinegar... wowie!!
