Anything that uses fresh ingredients. I have my own Recipe Bible. It's just a spiral bound notebook that I write all my tried and true recipes in.

Mum's famous beef jerky marinade is always a winner. My chicken curry isn't too bad either.

Finally not being afraid to cook Indian food. It's easier than it looks!

My cooking tragedies

We have an electric oven, so its always hard to know whether things will be over or under-cooked.
