About this Cook
Vegetarian. Not a complex cook - like simple, easy, relatively fast recipes for a busy lifestyle.
My favorite things to cook
Love to try new vegetarian recipes. I get organic vegetables delivered to my door fresh weekly so therefore get to try some vegetables that I haven't in the past bought. I've thoroughly enjoyed, along with my family, trying new foods/recipes every week.

Kitty Litter Cake
Fun to make, realistic outcome. Went to a Halloween party last night and took this over. It was a HUGE hit! It was also very tasty! I made some changes: I used 2 chocolate ready-made pudding containers and a whole tub of chocolate frosting which I mixed with the batter before putting it in the litter box. This made for a moist, rich chocolaty taste. The rest I followed as per the recipe. You can't get an easier decorated cake than this!

Easy Broccoli Quiche
Easy and very tasty recipe. I did what another reviewer said which was to put the cheese on the crust first and then top with the broccoli mixture so as not to make the pastry soggy. My husband loved it!
