Very bland if you ask me. I'm not sure why these are called Enchiladas as they taste nothing of them. Didn't make enough sauce - I wound up using 2 cups of chicken along with doubling the sauce to have enough. I wish I hadn't as it was lacking in taste a lot. Only saving grace was putting salsa on top of it. Sorry!

After all the hype I saw with this, I was less than impressed after my first bite. The sauce just didn't taste all that great, even though the directions were followed to a T. Too much cheese (never knew you could do that...), etc. I thought it was good, certainly not the best, though.

Far and away the best chocolate chip cookie I've ever made. I got several comments that it tasted just like my grandmother's chocolate chip cookies, which is in itself the best compliment I ever could have gotten. Don't be afraid to undercook them. I took them out when they still looked like dough, but after cooling off they were perfect! Incredulously, they lasted 4 days in my house (I tripled the recipe) and they were still oven-fresh tasting and perfectly soft on the last day.
