Baked French Fries II
I didn't find these too flavorful and I even added a little extra cheese and basil. Also, I'd bake for a little longer because they were still crunchy when they were done.

Ratatouille
AMAZING! My husband loves the movie "Ratatouille" so I decided to make this for him tonight. It did take a little time to get everything prepared (maybe 30 min.) but after that the house began to smell delicious with all the flavors mixing together. I would definitely recommend this recipe!
