Stovetop Granola
I absolutely love this cereal. My kids gobble it up every time I make it. The only changes in the recipe I made (as per my friend Mandi's suggestions)were 3c. of oats instead of 2. I added 1 1/2 tsp. of vanilla to the brown sugar, and honey mixture and add a tsp or Tbsp. of flax along with different kinds of nuts like sunflower seeds.
