Chocolate Eclair Squares
I loved everything about this dish except for the dk. chocolate on the top. I will definately make this again but will use milk chocolate for the topping.

Almost Stuffed Peppers
I thought this was very bland & watered-down. I used the recipe as is. After tasting, I added a lot of spices as well as a cube of beef boullion but nothing seemed to help. I would like to try again, this time, try to improve on original recipe.
