Easy Fried Eggplant

it's an ok basic recipe, but too much to fix, i marinate the aubergine with salt and pepper and top melted gouda cheese before serving. oh and mind the oil else it will be soggy.

phew, this is what i called spicy, love it! it really burns my mouth!butnext time I cut the jalapeno half the recipe otherwise my guest wouldn't touch it.

it's a good basic recipe and good idea to add curry flavor in it,i followed the other review and added some pickles, tomatoes and mustard ... yummy, it tasted really good

i still find the balsamic a bit too strong, next time i'll reduce it and add some italian seasoning, but this one is a keeper!
